Part-Time Account Manager/Customer Success Manager

Job Description Summary: 
The Account Manager/Customer Success Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty by providing legendary service, anticipating customer needs and finding creative solutions to the challenges of their business.  He/she will be responsible for managing, building existing customer accounts and maximizing regional growth.  Candidates must have the ability to work evenings and weekends.   Xtreme Lashes reserves the right at its sole discretion to change your schedule, or reassign you to a different position within the sales and customer service departments based on the needs of the company.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers utilizing your charismatic personality to build customer loyalty
  • Utilize your nurturing and generous attributes to ensure the customer is taken care of from initial contact, to closing and throughout the business relationship
  • Work as a team with other Account Managers/Customer Success Managers and other Customer Service personnel with the goal of maximizing customer success and sales
  • Provide ongoing website and retail product training to encourage clients to use the Xtreme Lashes website and increase sales
  • Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist clients with business building strategies to ensure their success
  • Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Answer incoming phone, email and chat inquiries from existing customers and prospective clients
  • Follow up daily with new and existing clients to increase client retention and success
  • Conduct outbound call campaigns to educate and up-sell clients on new products and services to increase sales
  • Meet KPI Metrics set for Account Managers/Customer Success Managers
  • Place orders over the telephone for salon and spa clientele
  • Ensure precise and accurate data entry and documentation is completed related to sales, customer requests, and customer issues according to department policies
  • Complete other tasks as assigned


  • Broad knowledge and experience in Customer Service
  • Ambitious, Goal Driven, and possess a Positive Attitude
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent skills in working with Business to Business relationships
  • Punctual and respectful of other’s schedules
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Experience closing sales over the telephone, sales center experience a plus!
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
